American College of Education Celebrates Teachers
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) May 08, 2014 -- American College of Education joins thousands of communities in celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week.
“We want to take this opportunity to thank all teachers for their continued commitment and hard work in providing the best education possible for their students,” said American College of Education Academic Dean Pi Irwin. “Educators contribute to our communities every day, and we are privileged to help them reach their career goals.”
American College of Education encourages all teachers to download an Experience Classification lesson plan, which will allow teachers to shape their students’ experience by leading them through the steps of transitioning known components into new content. “This lesson plan is our gift to teachers to show our appreciation for their daily efforts in the classroom,” said Irwin. The lesson plan will be available throughout this month at ace.edu/thankateacher.
One of the founding principles at American College of Education is to improve the quality of education throughout the world. The college offers Master of Education degree programs for teachers and other educators in addition to certificates, paths to licensure and doctoral level programs. The college is known for high academic standards, innovative programs and quality student support.
To be a part of Teacher Appreciation Week or National Teacher Day, follow American College of Education on Facebook and Twitter. Irwin added, “We look forward to joining in the #thankateacher hashtag movement.”
