Caregiverlist® Granted U.S. Trademark for Digital Senior Care Innovation
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 28, 2014 -- Caregiverlist®, Inc., a website publisher creating interactive online tools for seniors, professional caregivers and senior care companies, today announced that the company has been granted official trademark registration throughout the United States for the trademark Caregiverlist®.
The company has been formally notified by the United States Patent and Trademark Office that applications filed in February, 2009, to register the name Caregiverlist®, for providing a website featuring ratings and reviews relating to senior care and digital tools for caregivers, seniors and senior care companies, was examined and granted as Registration Number 4,439,898 officially on November 26, 2013, the date of official registration.
Cargiverlist® provides a list of senior care options, including an exclusive list of the daily costs of nursing homes nationwide and a list of caregiver job applicants. Launched in 2008, Caregiverlist® was created for seniors and the senior care industry by experienced senior care professionals.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office provides access to information about the company and its trademarks through the government agency’s searchable online database.
Founder Julie Northcutt previously owned a senior home care agency in downtown Chicago and while caring for more than 500 families, she saw the need for a trusted resource for senior care costs and professional caregiver jobs and training.
"Caregiverlist® has built a trusted brand name for senior care information by offering proprietary digital data and welcomes the official trademark designation," says Northcutt.
The Caregiverlist® logo was designed by design director Mark Petrowsky, the design director for the website since the company's creation as a concept in 2006.
Caregiverlist® includes exclusive data for "by-state" senior care information, professional senior caregiver job applicants and nursing home costs and ratings. Seniors and senior care companies can "work the list" to find the information they need. As senior care offerings vary by state and training and job titles for caregivers also vary, Caregiverlist® provides the answers in an easy digital format.
