The theme for this year’s National Senior Health & Fitness Day is, “If You Keep Moving, You’ll Keep Improving!” Schollenberger agrees wholeheartedly with this sentiment. “With everything we know about the advantages of all forms of exercise, including something as simple as walking, it’s wonderful to see that there is a day set aside to remind seniors everywhere of the importance of exercise.
