Overlooking the Corrotoman River in Virginia’s Northern Neck, the two-story custom colonial Eagle Landing River Home was designed with superior quality and magnificent views in mind. The owner, a retired traditional contractor, determined his retirement home should be “offsite built” for quality and time.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home has 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and hardwood floors with custom inlays in the grand entry foyer. The gorgeous, modern kitchen contains custom painted kitchen cabinets with Cambria Quartz countertops.

Each bathroom has ceramic tile floors and tile showers, with a jacuzzi in the master. The two-story home has a coffered ceiling in the great room, Anderson aluminum clad doors, windows with TruScene screening.

The brick paver front porch leads to an 8-foot custom front door with sidelites. The front façade of the home is full brick with keystones with hardi-plank sides and rear. Composite decking with wire rails on the deck of the rear screen tight porch allow for enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty. The 4,000 sq. ft. home rests on a full poured basement foundation walk out views of the river via Anderson clad patio doors and feature windows.
