Forbes, working with analytics firm Statista, invited 4,500 candidates and HR managers and 30,000 external recruiters to recommend, via an online survey, up to ten recruiting firms. Several key areas were considered, including quality and selection of offered positions, quality of process, and quality of communication. Additionally, firms were ranked on critical areas including understanding of unique company culture and price-performance ratio for offered services.
In total, more than 14,500 nominations were collected and the firms with the most recommendations ranked highest.
