Greenberg Traurig’s Mark Mattioli to Speak at American Health Lawyers Association Fraud and Compliance Forum
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (PRWEB) September 25, 2015 -- Mark Mattioli, a Health & FDA Practice shareholder at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the American Health Lawyers Association Fraud and Compliance Forum on Sept. 28th in Baltimore, Maryland. Mattioli, along with James Caponi, VP, chief compliance officer, and privacy officer of United Health Services of Delaware, Inc., will be presenting “Compliance in Behavioral Health” at 3:45 p.m. that day.
The presenters will discuss key matters in compliance including the relationship of state law to behavioral health providers, unique aspects of medical necessity for behavioral health, and the role of physician extenders in mental health. Mattioli will also review strategies for defending behavioral health providers in payment disputes and unique privacy issues for behavioral health providers.
