Grenga Health Introduces the Faith-Filled Detox™ Program

The program is designed to provide users with a way to transition to a better lifestyle over the course of 10 days. The guided detox program allows participants to reset intentions and focus on moving toward a healthier life with faith at the core.
During the 10-day email program, participants receive information about maintaining a Christian lifestyle while detoxing and keeping a healthy focus. The Faith-Filled Detox™ Program provides daily devotions, meal plan ideas, food for thought, self-care practices, to-do lists, and other essential strategies. It includes a 10-day meal plan with recipes, fridge and pantry clean out with upgrade instructions, and a shopping list. In addition, participants receive a post-detox meal planning guide, a 30-day fitness challenge, and a list of top detox foods.
