Indiana Fiber Network, LLC Expands Field Operations in Northern Indiana
Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) March 08, 2015 -- Indiana Fiber Network, LLC (IFN), the leading Indiana statewide Network Service Provider expands operations in Northern Indiana with the opening of a Field Service office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This announcement is within the framework of IFN’s long-term expansion strategy toward field operations in the region.
Tom Bechtel IFN Vice President of Operations said, “Establishing our Ft. Wayne presence will enhance IFN’s network support, trouble response, and service implementation as we continue to upgrade and maintain our statewide fiber network.” According to Darryl Smith IFN Director of Network Operations, IFN Network Technicians and Network Service Specialists all receive in-depth training on the hardware and technical solutions used in network operations. “As IFN Field Operations maintains focus on our Customer Service Assurance program, established in 2014; the Fort Wayne office achieves one of the goals of reaching advanced local coverage,” said Smith.
