“Knowledge workers and managers are tasked daily with making decisions about product development, service delivery, and risk management that affect their organization’s health and success,” said David J. Anderson, conference chairman. “Our conference offers the opportunity to explore new ways to approach these decisions and interact with both experts and peers. Last year people asked for more face-time with speakers and more ways to connect with other attendees. To accomplish this, we have book-ended this year’s program with a selection of 90-minute interactive workshop sessions with leaders in our field.”
In addition to the interactive workshops, six session tracks scheduled over two days will feature: Beyond Budgeting, Lean Startup, Kanban, Lean Applied, Evolving Product Management and Managing Risk.
