About the Author
Born in Hungary, Ilona Klar’s time in the kitchen began at age nine, when her mother first introduced her to natural cooking methods. Since that time, she’s attended numerous culinary schools, owned several high-end restaurants and catering services, and taught several beauty, wellness and cooking classes and seminars. She now resides in Houston and works as a party chef.
