The construction of The Plaza at Centennial Hill, a $22.7 million housing development in the historic neighborhood of Centennial Hills, is nearing completion and has begun welcoming new residents. Considered a key catalyst for the rejuvenation of this important neighborhood, the brand new, 129-unit, mixed-income affordable housing community is located on the site of the former Victor Tulane Court Public Housing development. This is MHA’s first public-private venture, leveraging city, state and federal funding. Featuring both apartment flats and townhouses, in two and three bedroom layouts, The Plaza at Centennial Hill also boasts a new community center, where supportive services will be offered to Plaza residents and to the community at large.
