National Association of Professional Women Announces Harriet Ellen Lehrer, President of Imagine a New Image, a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year
Garden City, NY (PRWEB) July 29, 2014 -- NAPW honors Harriet Ellen Lehrer as a 2014 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Lehrer is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in image consulting. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and nearly 300 Local Chapters.
“I have always had a passion for fashion!” says Ms. Lehrer, President of Imagine a New Image, an image consulting company based in New York.
With an eye for style and impeccable taste, Ms. Lehrer has a flair for taking the latest fashion trends and incorporating them into a woman’s everyday wardrobe. She is an experienced Image Consultant who creates workshops and programs for numerous corporate clients, helping women look their best by not only choosing the right clothes but by also instilling confidence in how they wear their outfits.
As President of Imagine a New Image, Ms. Lehrer provides a plethora of customized services for her clients including personal shopping, color and accessories analysis and color draping, specifically targeted to the more mature working woman. “I think many women over 50 need assistance choosing the appropriate clothes to wear since so many retailers today cater to 20-somethings,” says Ms. Lehrer. “My goal is to help these women choose appropriate, not frumpy, attire for the workplace and / or special occasions.”
A new program Ms. Lehrer has initiated is her ‘Tame That Closet’ webinar, an hour-long event where she discusses wardrobe and closet-organizing tips such as cleaning and organizing a closet, how-to’s for creating multiple outfits and much more. “Women are busy. If you have a closet that is neat and organized, that means a stress-free morning!” she says. Ms. Lehrer also encourages women to "shop" in their own closet. "Before adding new items, it's a good idea to see exactly what you have. In this way, it will be easier to fill in the items you really need."
NAPW’s mission is to provide an exclusive networking forum to professional women where they can aspire, connect and achieve.
