New CD Packaging for LitPlan Teacher Packs from Teacher's Pet Publications
Berlin, Maryland (PRWEB) January 13, 2014 -- LitPlans and Puzzle Packs from Teacher's Pet Publications have been in the book-like DVD cases since they started making teacher gudies on CDs back in the late 1990's. It is relatively inexpensive packaging that looks good on a shelf and does a good job of protecting the enclosed CD.
On the other hand, the DVD packages are plastic, which is not very environmentally friendly, and the fumes from the shrink-wrapping process are not healthy by-products for our folks work with.
Mary Collins, founder of Teacher's Pet Publications, says, "It's time to freshen up the LitPlan packaging and bring it into the environmentally conscious 21st Century. So, we are changing to a cardboard, biodegradable, wallet-style CD package that will not require shrink-wrapping for security."
The smaller, lighter package will reduce teachers' postage costs and be better for slipping into their tote bags. Plus, when it's time to dispose of the packaging, it won't be sitting in a landfill for years and years.
The Puzzle Packs and Q&A Presentations from Teacher's Pet Publications will also be sporting the new Eco-Wallet packaging in a similar design.
