New PremierPoint Solutions Whitepaper Unveils “Zero-Touch Solution” to Automating SharePoint User Requests

There are some common problems that users and administrators experience with this process, including a significant amount of hands-on manual effort; time-consumption; backlog pressure; user frustration due to slow turn-around times; and the prospect of inadequate record keeping about what change was requested, by whom, and the results of the request.
