SAE Institute San Francisco to Hold Audio Technology Open House for Studio Pros and Aspiring Producers/Engineers
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) September 23, 2014 -- SAE Institute’s San Francisco campus will present an Audio Technology Open House on Saturday, September 27 from noon to 3PM. The free event will feature workshops, product demos, tours of SAE’s facilities, and live performances.
“Our Audio Technology Open House will be a fantastic opportunity for producers and engineers who live in the Bay Area to network, get some useful studio tips, and learn about new gear that could help them to be more productive,” says SAE San Francisco Campus Director Kirk Engel. “The Open House will also give aspiring audio technology pros the opportunity to learn about SAE’s career-oriented curriculum, meet our amazing faculty, speak with current students and successful grads, and experience our professional studios and facilities.”
Activities at SAE San Francisco’s Open House will include:
• A workshop/demo presented by DJ Tech Tools, featuring their latest line of Midi Fighter custom controllers
• An EDM production demo by the San Francisco Electronic Music Meet Up
• A live looping performance by musician/producer GyreFunk
• A studio demo of SAE’s Foley system
• A variety of interactive studio workshops, including sound effects for film, mixing tips/techniques, and music production using Ableton Live
• SAE Institute admissions and financial aid workshops
SAE San Francisco’s Audio Technology Open House will take place on Saturday, September 27 from noon to 3PM. The free event will be held at SAE San Francisco’s campus at 450 Bryant Street, #100.
