Soft-Lite Windows Appoints New Production Manager
Streetsboro, OH (PRWEB) May 13, 2015 -- Soft-Lite Windows has appointed Steve Sigley to the position of third-shift Production Manager for its manufacturing facility in Streetsboro, OH. In his new position, Sigley will work to ensure that new employees are brought into the organization in the most effective manner possible, then trained and supported in a way that is vitally important -- and often difficult due to the schedule. He will report directly to Soft-Lite’s Vice President of Manufacturing.
Sigley comes to Soft-Lite with significant experience in leadership, logistics and warehousing, after serving in the Air Force for nearly 23 years. He is a knowledgeable, mature and effective leader and communicator with a positive work ethic, and he will help continue to build Soft-Lite’s third-shift manufacturing team.
“I expect third-shift to be even more critical to our success this year, as we continue to grow and develop more products,” said Cliff Langdon, Soft-Lite’s Vice President of Manufacturing. “Steve will be a critical piece of that puzzle to help ensure that we maintain our stringent manufacturing standards and continue to produce the highest-quality products possible for our customers.”
