Spry Digital Marketing – Change in Company Ownership – New Community-Centered Focus
CHEHALIS, Wash. (PRWEB) May 01, 2019 -- Spry Digital Marketing is now 100% owned by Lacey Faught, 9-year digital marketer and educator. Under Faught’s leadership, Spry is pushing two new community-centered initiatives.
The first initiative is a community service campaign aimed at local middle schoolers called “Guidelines for a Healthy Digital Life.”
Spry Account Manager Amber Gerard, Lewis County born and raised, is leading the community service initiative for Spry.
Spry debuted the initiative in March at Mossyrock Junior High and delivered a second presentation in April at Napavine Junior High.
Mossyrock Principal Randy Torrey spoke highly of the presentation. “The ladies from Spry came in and spoke to the students intelligently about important guidelines to keep them safe online. There was great interaction between Spry and the students throughout the presentation. I recommend this to all schools in the area to help educate their youth.”
Interested schools can request Spry’s presentation by emailing amber(at)thinkspry.com.
The second community-centered initiative is a digital media boot camp series put on by Gerard and fellow Spry Account Manager Adrienne Harvey. The series is taught at Chehalis CoWorks – Spry’s new office space in Lewis County.
Spry’s digital media boot camp series is aimed at individuals and businesses looking to jumpstart their digital efforts, but without the funds to hire it out to an agency like Spry.
Spry’s Harvey says, “The thing that differentiates our classes from others is the DOING of the things. You can go to any class or sit in on any webinar and listen to someone talk, but with Spry, you’ll learn and DO every single session.”
Education is one of the most important pieces of the Spry Digital Marketing business model.
Faught says, “We know how powerful digital marketing can be, and we want it to be available to everyone. If people want to learn about it, great, we’ll teach them. If they want us to do it for them, that’s fine too!”
The first series sold out and the attendees are already speaking highly of the experience.
Stefanie Wahl of Strategic Ancillaries in Centralia WA wrote on a recent Instagram post about the boot camp series, “Thank you for doing this I am learning so much!”
The next boot camp series in Chehalis is set to run in June and already has a waiting list. To be added to that list, email amber(at)thinkspry.com.
Spry Digital Marketing is in its 9th year of business offering websites, social media management and SEO to companies with more money than time, and digital media training for individuals with more time than money.
