Top Addiction Treatment Clinic, The Coleman Institute, Expands into Tampa Bay Metro Area
New York, NY (PRWEB) August 08, 2013 -- The Coleman Institute, nationally acclaimed for its Accelerated Detox Treatments and Naltrexone implants, announced it has opened a full-service office location servicing the Southeast United States in Largo, Florida. The new Tampa office will provide The Coleman Institute’s proven addiction detoxification treatments to Tampa Bay and surrounding areas in and around Florida and the Gulf Coast. This particular area has been long affected by controlled substance dependency, alcohol and illicit drug abuse.
“We are very excited to bring The Coleman Institute’s unique services to the folks in Florida and surrounding states,” said The Coleman Institute’s founder and National Medical Director, Dr. Peter Coleman. “Unfortunately, the illness of addiction and dependency is very prevalent in this area. We anticipate bringing help, hope and healing to many individuals and families over the coming months and years.”
The Tampa Bay affiliate office of The Coleman Institute will be led by Imtiaz Hossain, MBBS, MD. Dr. Hossain is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management and is the principal and founder of the Bay Center for Pain Management for the past 11 years. His medical graduation is from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, with residencies thru the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and The University of Toronto, Canada. Located in Largo, Florida, Dr. Hossain is active in addiction treatments and is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He also operates a family practice with a staff of 7, including one other practitioner.
“I am proud to partner with Dr. Coleman and his team. This is a wonderful opportunity to not only develop The Coleman Institute in Tampa Bay and the surrounding cities, but offer innovative, and most importantly, effective, outpatient addiction treatment services to the area,” Dr. Hossain said. “As a long-time resident and physician in Florida, I understand the challenges of addiction and dependency in the area and I look forward to bringing these much needed services to the community.”
The Coleman Institute has successfully treated thousands of drug and alcohol patients since its establishment in 1998 and is looking to make a similar impact on the residents in the Tampa Bay metropolitan area. The new office for The Coleman Institute opened earlier this year and is located at 101 Clearwater Largo Road North, Largo, Florida.
