"What's So Cool About Manufacturing?" Philadelphia Program Announces Teams and Sponsors
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) March 12, 2018 -- The second annual “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” Student Videos Contest focuses on key inner-city schools participating this year, along with key major Philadelphia manufacturing companies.
Presented by The Manufacturing Alliance of Greater Philadelphia (MAP), the Student Video Contest: “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” (WSCM) gives students in Philadelphia the opportunity to connect directly with local manufacturers, document their experiences and present them in an educational and “cool” way through documentary video production. The contest was created to generate excitement that draws students towards considering manufacturing career paths.
“We are very pleased to launch the Student Video Contest for its second year here in Philadelphia. The program’s success is spreading across the state of Pennsylvania and throughout the country,” says Steve Jurash, President & CEO of Manufacturing Alliance of Greater Philadelphia.
