Many times, I have reached out and the other person simply did not know how to react or misunderstood the gesture. I have said many times that our job is to be there for one another. Sometimes, a small gesture or simple gift can make someone's day. As a child, my mom used to tell me to appreciate the simplest and cheapest gift that is given to me. She would say that the gift itself is not the most important thing it is the fact that you were thought of. My life and experiences have been everything that I have put out there. All the blessings that have come my way I strongly believe have to do with my heart being in the right place at all times. God puts me in the situation, and I gave it my all. Everything that is happening right now is the result of me obeying God's will for my life."
