ICT Releases 'Idencia Monthly", Pay-As-You-Go Concrete Tracking

(ICT) announces the unveiling of ‘Idencia Monthly’, a pay-as-you-go alternative for its Idencia product tracking service used by manufacturers of concrete products. ICT’s customers use Idencia to reduce the cost of managing inventory and maintaining quality control records.
To get started, customers pay a small set-up fee for:
• A customized account designed to reflect their work flow;
• Staff training on the system;
• A start-up kit including 1 scanner, 1 tablet and 500 tags; and
• Customer assistance on-demand for 3 months.
Rather than paying for an annual subscription up-front, subscribers to Idencia Monthly pay for the first 3 months then pay monthly thereafter. They may discontinue use of the service at any time without cost or penalty.
In announcing the release, CEO, Jeff Pollock, stated: “With Idencia Monthly we assume the financial risk of success, not the customer. We’re happy to do that because we don’t see it as a risk at all.” He added: "By removing the up-front cost of an annual subscription, the customer can now realize an immediate financial return from using Idencia."
ICT’s year-over-year customer growth from new annual subscribers has been more than 50% in 2016. However, ICT reports that a substantial subset of potential subscribers defer out of a desire to learn more about Idencia before making a financial commitment. Idencia Monthly is offered to allow these prospects to learn more without commitment in the most effective way… by using it.
