New Book — “'You Remind Me of David': The Prophet David Prefigured the Messiah, the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, Part One"
Newark, Delaware (PRWEB) September 12, 2017 -- The Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s statement to the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, “You remind me of David,” in 1957 showed that—even at that time—He knew of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan’s destiny in the fulfillment of the Messianic Prophecies. This book correlates His “statement” with the Quranic and Biblical “stories of David” to show how they relate to the life and work of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan in fulfilling key aspects of the Messianic Prophecies.
For many years, Biblical historians have failed to discover historical and archaeological proof that supports the Biblical story of David described in First Samuel through First Chronicles. Some historians have questioned whether David is an historical figure, or if the story of David is mere legend or fable. Notwithstanding, many religious scholars agree that the Messiah arises from the “seed” of David, as prophesied throughout the Bible.
This book affirms “David” as another title for the “Messiah;” and thereby, reveals how the actions and events described in the story of David are prophetic, and not historical. When this exegesis is considered, the verses of the Messianic Prophecies that mention “David” make greater sense. Understanding that “David” is also a title brings clarity to the Biblical story of David, in particular.
This book shows that the relevance of the Quranic and Biblical “stories of David” is in the fulfillment of the Messianic Prophecies—specifically, as witnessed in the presence of the Messiah, the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, among the real Chosen People of God, the Black People of the Western Hemisphere.
