Zombikers: “Vamp Bikers Tres" A Horror Trilogy Featuring an Iconic Cast
Brooklyn, New York (PRWEB) December 07, 2015 -- Diamond Minds, LLC announced today that he will begin shooting the first scene of his new Indie Film “Vamp Bikers Tres”, aka ZOMBIKERS on Dec 13th at Coney Island. The shoot is part of an upcoming horror movie trilogy, with music provided by Trax Records. Trax Records is hailed as America's greatest dance music label.
Eric Rivas has received three consecutive awards since 2012 at the Coney Island Film Festival for his previous films and has also won at the Puerto Rican Heritage Film Festival and appeared 3 times at the New Filmmaker Series at Anthology Film Archives.
The film features a star-studded cast of accomplished actors, misfits, notorious scene stealers and real motorcycle gang members. Rivas has been building a notable ensemble cast for his Trilogy including Angel Salazar (Chi-Chi from Scarface), Lillo Brancato (Calogero Anello from A Bronx Tale), Grandmaster Melle Mel (lead rapper for Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five), Grand Wizzard Theodore, Michael Alig (Leader of The Club Kids), Michael Musto (TV personality/columnist for the Village Voice), Geraldine Visco (Woody Allen's Stardust Memories), Karen Fragala, Ernie Glam Keoki, Ann Archy and the venerable legendary actors from the 1979 Cult Classic The Warriors starring Dorsey Wright (AKA Cleon), Brian Tyler (AKA Snow) and Apache Ramos (AKA the ORPHAN).
Vamp Bikers Tres is a film about a group of witches who arrive to a small town and kidnap AC's daughter. They then turn a man into a zombie who brings back mobs of zombies and prepares them to raise hell against God, who is played by Michael Alig.
Eric Rivas has also cast various members from the ‘Forbidden Ones’ Biker club in Brooklyn. The motorcycle club is managed by Raphael Martinez. Its members have dedicated much of their time to lend the film a touch of authenticity beyond its Coney Island locale.
The film was made possible thanks to the combined efforts of a talented and independent film crew directed by Eric Spade Rivas (Director Screenplay Editor) and others such as Martine Emile (Cinematography and Finance contributor), Freddy Rosales (First assistant to director, production assistant, prop creator and script reader), Rafael Martinez (2nd assistant to director, Production assistant, stunt coordinator location scout and Biker consultant), Ivan Cornejo (3rd Assistant to the Director and makeup), Manuel Acevedo (4th assistant to the Director), Maria Hoffman (Set Design acting- 5th assistant to director), Lenore Todaro, Dian Alfano and Amanda Jencsick (Head of makeup Dept.), Phil DiMaria (actor), John Ramirez (Sound Engineer), Mark Ortiz and Raphael Martinez (Biker consultants).
The soundtrack was provided by Screamin Rachael (Co-founder of TRAX Records). She is better known as the International Queen of House Music and has appeared in the 1993 movie "Nite Owl' starring John Leguizamo. Additional music and sound effects are provided by beats mastermind ‘SonOf Sam’, Jeannine Carter (Actress and Finance contributor).
The public and press are invited to this first shoot on Dec 13th from 8:00am through 6:00pm at 1310 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn NY.
