#NotMe Strengthens Its Advisory Board with Appointment of Two Veteran Business Leaders in Legal and HR
Former Google Chief Compliance Officer and Medallia Executive Join Board of Advisors as Company Pioneers Change in the Workplace and Says #NotMe to Misconduct.
LOS ANGELES, July 8, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- NotMe Solutions, Inc., an open, resolution-seeking, mobile misconduct solution, today announced two key additions to its advisory board as the emerging company continues its disruption of the misconduct reporting space, by helping people and organizations say #NotMe to workplace misconduct. #NotMe has appointed two top tech executives, Andy Hinton and Susan Lovegren, to the #NotMe advisory board.
"I am proud to use my experience as an attorney and compliance expert to work with #NotMe, as its solution is a catalyst and a precursor to a more equitable world," said Andy Hinton. "In my lifetime, I would like to see systems in place that not only protect employees and employers but also prevent situations of workplace misconduct. I believe #NotMe will be the tool to make my dream into a reality."
Andy is the former Vice-President and Chief Compliance Officer at Google Inc. In his role at Google, he led the company's efforts to identify and mitigate compliance risk and to nurture and expand upon the company's core value of 'Don't be evil'. Andy has worked in-house at both Google and GE, and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in New York. During his time as a federal prosecutor, he focused primarily on white-collar crime. Andy is passionate about addressing issues of racism, discrimination and harassment in the workplace; and hopes to empower organizations to implement practical solutions that help end misconduct. Andy graduated from Fordham School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and from Harvard University, where he majored in Economics.
Susan Lovegren has also been appointed to the #NotMe board of advisors. "After working in Human Resources for the majority of my career, I am most passionate about how technology can positively transform the employee experience by creating more insights, trust and better solutions. The second I learned about #NotMe, I knew that I wanted to help and get involved with the vision the company has not only painted but started executing upon," said Lovegren. "#NotMe is at the forefront of this fight and will continue until they reach the finish line. Continue to watch this space and see all they accomplish through the #NotMe brand, which is really all about empowering people to bridge the gap that exists between employers and employees by speaking up to prevent all types of workplace misconduct."
With more than 25 years in leadership at technology companies, Susan Lovegren has a proven track record for creating employee experiences that enable people to thrive. Previously, Lovegren led the People and Culture team at Medallia and was an integral part of the team that managed the Initial Public Offering in 2019. She previously served in Chief People Officer roles at AppDynamics, Juniper Networks and Plantronics and also held Human Resource roles at both Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. She has consistently engaged in the "future of work" best practices and served on the Global Consortium to Reimagine HR, Employment Alternatives, Talent and the Enterprise, (CHREATE) project team with HR thought leaders and academic luminaries. Throughout her career, Susan has supported women in technology through partnerships with the Anita Borg Institute, Grace Hopper Women in Computing and Watermark.
"#NotMe is honored to have these two visionaries join the team, both experts in their field, as we continue to change mentalities along with the realities of employees and employers as we disrupt the workplace misconduct space. Andy and Susan are both tremendous assets to #NotMe, particularly as the world navigates what it looks like to head back to work during a worldwide pandemic and as America continues to seek a more equitable and inclusive world for everyone," said Ariel Weindling, founder and CEO of NotMe Solutions, Inc. "Misconduct is one of the rare areas of life where we could attain, with a tool like #NotMe, an equality of outcome for all i.e., no more victims," added Weindling. "The guidance of these smart, experienced leaders will help ensure our platform can do its part to limit, if not eradicate workplace misconduct of any kind."
