Virtual Vocations, a fully remote job board and career services provider, published a new list of 100 remote jobs with benefits. These positions originate with 20 highly reviewed companies known for not only filling fully remote positions but also offering in-demand job benefits and perks to employees.
TUCSON, Ariz., July 12, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Founded in 2007, Virtual Vocations is a family-owned, 100% virtual company that, for the last 16 years, has worked to connect jobseekers with legitimate remote job openings from expert-vetted employers. The company also prepares data-driven reporting in areas like telework hiring trends, remote worker surveys, and telecommuting statistics.
Published Tuesday, Virtual Vocations' newest report names fully remote jobs and remote-enabled companies associated with benefits and perks employees want to receive from their employers. To generate its report, Virtual Vocations measured Comparably's most recent ranking of companies with the "Best Perks & Benefits" against the Virtual Vocations Remote Companies Database to determine which companies with highly rated benefits are also remote-friendly employers.
Comparably's examination of businesses with the best benefits and perks is based on anonymous employee ratings submitted over a 12-month period. For their company reviews, employees issue sentiment ratings to Comparably relevant to questions on scoring factors like how satisfied they are with their company's benefits and if their employer's selection of benefits and perks is a reason for staying with the company.
"In 2023, jobseekers have continued to prioritize values-driven job searches. Workers are still abandoning hustle culture in favor of fully remote jobs that offer benefits and perks to enrich their lives and facilitate flexibility," said Virtual Vocations CEO Laura Spawn. She continued, "Comparably's ranking of large and small- to medium-sized businesses with favorable benefits and perks inspired us to delve into which of these employers are also remote-enabled, as well as what types of remote jobs are available with these companies."
Among the 100 fully remote jobs and 20 employers featured in Virtual Vocations' report, seven core work from home career industries are represented, including information technology, marketing, education, telecommunications, financial, internet and e-commerce, and insurance.
Some of the best large companies, which are businesses with more than 500 employees, hiring for fully remote jobs with benefits in the career fields named above are as follows:
1. Microsoft;
2. HubSpot;
3. Chegg;
4. Calix; and
5. SurveyMonkey.
Meanwhile, the top five small- and medium-sized employers are:
