Jordan has extensive experience assisting investors and business owners in all aspects of real estate transactions, including but not limited to 1031 like-kind exchanges. This expertise is invaluable as he educates and guides investors and their independent tax and legal professionals through complex reverse and improvement exchange transactions. In addition to working as a qualified intermediary, he spent many years as a real estate attorney in private practice private where he advised and represented individuals, business entities, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in all matters related to commercial and residential real estate, corporate law, and civil commercial litigation as well as national commercial counsel for a large national title insurance company.

He also has previously served on the Jewish Council for Youth Services (Board Designate, Finance Committee & Scholarship Committee).
