Respected leaders will walk away discovering their best self, and how to effectively support people in becoming their best selves.

The Best-Self Conference is a three-day leadership experience centered around unlocking human potential and empowering every person to be and become their best self.

15Five, a leading people management solution announced today that Simon Sinek, optimist and author, will be the headline keynote speaker for the first annual Best-Self Conference on May 18-20 in Scotts Valley, California.

Simon will be covering some of his latest book, "The Infinite Game," that questions, "How can we win a game that has no end?” In simplest of terms, we cannot, however, that’s what most companies are trying to do. The problem is, there is no such thing as "winning business." Leaders of organizations must understand the rules of the Infinite Game, as failure to do so dramatically increases the chance that they will set themselves on a path that eventually drains them of the will and resources to play at all. In his talk, Simon will explore how understanding the rules of the Infinite Game is essential if any leader wants to stay ahead and outlast any competitor, forever.

“I co-founded 15Five because I truly believe we can help organizations and everyone in them reach their full potential,” said David Hassell, CEO of 15Five. “Our Best-Self Conference is more of a business retreat that will help leaders create a culture of psychological safety, growth mindset, and strengths-based management. Adopting these habits and philosophies will naturally result in genius-levels of performance and uncommon loyalty from employees. ”
