Cleveland, Ohio (PRWEB) April 17, 2015 -- 1 EDI Source, Inc., a leading provider of EDI software and SaaS solutions, was named Tech Company of the year at OHTec’s Best of Tech Awards April 16 in Cleveland, Ohio.
The event was the highlight of OHTec’s 9th annual Tech Week offering five days of interactive events allowing more than 4,000 technology companies to learn and network.

Launched in 2007, the Best of Tech Awards recognize companies with innovative products, inspiring leadership and impressive accomplishments. Past winners include tech giants like Hyland Software, Sherwin-Williams, Eaton, Brandmuscle, Urbancode and SparkBase.
Earlier this week, 1 EDI Source CIO Chris Manchen was named CIO of the Year by Crain’s Cleveland Business. Presented by MCPc and in partnership with OHTec, the award recognizes Northeast Ohio’s leading technology officers and executives for outstanding leadership and innovation. The CIO of the Year Awards was also part of OHTec’s Tech Week.
“There’s always the blocking and tackling of how things work,” said Lowman. “But where I see real value in a CIO is how you can innovate. And that’s where I think Manchen excels.”
Nominations for CIO of the Year are open to the top corporate executive at any company, organization or wholly owned subsidiary based in Northeast Ohio who provides technology-related strategy and leadership.
