1EdTech Announces Evolution of Open, Trusted and Innovative Edtech Ecosystem
Updates to 1EdTech's learner-centered ecosystem announced at the 2023 Learning Impact Conference
LAKE MARY, Fla., June 6, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- 1EdTech™ Consortium (1EdTech), the world-leading non-profit collaborative powering learner potential, kicked off its 17th annual Learning Impact Conference in Anaheim, California, this week and announced the latest updates to the TrustEd Apps Management Suite (TAMS).
In 2023, TAMS surpassed 10,000 edtech products that are either certified or vetted by 1EdTech to help educators curate a selection of products that fit the needs of their learners and collaborate on product usage. TAMS also provides diagnostic tools to help suppliers and institutions monitor and troubleshoot data issues and understand applications' compatibility. 1EdTech will soon be adding product certification to TAMS so that suppliers can take advantage of everything TAMS offers as part of the product certification process.

The Learning Impact Conference will celebrate several innovations through the Learning Impact Awards, showcases, and sessions throughout the week.
The conference launched Monday with an opening keynote from George Couros, author of "The Innovator's Mindset," and a panel discussion on artificial intelligence with leaders from Cengage, Microsoft, Savvas, and Turnitin.
Other featured sessions include a talk from Mark Milliron, president and CEO of National University, on how technology innovation can move us past the "new normal" into the "new possible;" the Leading Innovation to Power Learner Potential panel that will bring together leaders from 1EdTech, CoSN, Digital Promise and ISTE to discuss how together these organizations are fueling innovation, cultivate leaders and power student potential; and a co-hosted panel with EDUCAUSE on K-20 Supplier Perspectives on Corporate Citizenship. This is the first year 1EdTech's Learning Impact and EDUCAUSE's ELI Annual Meeting are co-locating.
The Learning Impact Conference will run through June 8.
