Eight dental, med spa and wellness practices working with Chicago-based marketing agency 1flowww have seen more Google search clicks, more calls and mentions in Google's AI-generated answers since July 2026. A dental practice in New York City saw a 77% year-over-year rise in clicks from Google search.
CHICAGO, Nov. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- 1flowww, a Chicago-based marketing and growth agency for dental practices and med spas, today released results from eight client practices in New York, Washington, DC, North Carolina, Kansas, California and Minnesota. Since July 2026, the practices have earned more clicks from Google search, more calls and mentions in Google's artificial intelligence (AI) answers.
Click figures come from Google Search Console, Google's report on how a website performs in search. A Google Ads conversion is an action, such as a call or form submission, that the ad account counts as a lead.
Results by practice:
- A dental practice in Washington, DC: in the first week on a new website, launched October 27, Google Ads conversions rose from 61 to 92 and cost per conversion fell from $48.38 to $35.54, compared with the last week on the old site.
- A dental practice in Manhattan's Financial District: Google search clicks rose 77%, from 5,235 to 9,251, for July 1 to October 23, 2026 against the same months of 2025.
- A dental practice in Huntersville, North Carolina: Google search clicks rose 162% to 340 from early August to November 1, against the previous three months.
- A restorative dental practice in Overland Park, Kansas: Google search clicks rose 51% to 203 over the same window.
- An IV therapy clinic in Huntersville, North Carolina: calls from the clinic's Google Business Profile, its listing in Google Maps and search, rose from 8 in July to 26 in September.
- A dental practice in Queens, New York: ranked first in Google's regular results for a cosmetic dentist search in its neighborhood on October 14.
- A cosmetic dental practice in Tustin, California: included in Google AI Mode's answer for a local cosmetic dentist search on five checks from August 18 to October 10, and listed first on three.
- A med spa in Duluth, Minnesota: presented as the Featured Medical Spa in Google AI Mode's answer for a local med spa search on October 11.
Washington, DC: three months of groundwork, then a new website
The Washington practice is fee-for-service, and by June 2026 its new patients had fallen from about 100 a month to a handful, by the owner's account. The owner asked 1flowww for at least 50 new patients a month. 1flowww spent three months on call tracking, front desk training, Google Ads and a new message for the practice, then launched the new site. 1flowww will report 28-day results and booked patients by source on November 24.
New websites, more search traffic
The North Carolina dental practice came to 1flowww in December 2025 with a website that would not scroll on phones. 1flowww rebuilt it with 22 service pages and added call tracking. In October the practice reported 20 new patients, seven of them from search engines, and the owner moved ahead with hiring a hygienist.
At the Kansas practice, every new patient used to come by referral. 1flowww rewrote the practice's message, launched a new website on September 29 and started grading every phone call. Three weeks after the launch, the owner reported a steady stream of new patients.
Named in Google's AI answers
Google answers many searches with AI Overviews, a summary at the top of the results, and AI Mode, a chat-style search. These answers change from one search to the next, so 1flowww checks each one live from the practice's area, loads it twice and saves a dated screenshot. On September 22, Google's AI Overview for a biological dentistry search in Huntersville named the North Carolina dental practice in its first sentence.
"A practice owner wants to know where the next patient is coming from, and a ranking report can't tell them that," said Bera Niemczewski, co-founder of 1flowww. "So we start with the phones and the tracking, then the message and the website, and we only count a Google or AI placement once someone on our team has seen it live and saved it with a date. The number we're building toward for every client is booked patients by source."
