Laser Hair Removal and Laser Tattoo Removal Provider, Indy Laser, to Host Fall Festival to Benefit, Pointe to the Cure in Carmel, Indiana
Carmel, Indiana (PRWEB) October 16, 2013 -- Indianapolis laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal provider, Indy Laser is hosting their 2nd Annual Fall Festival, in coordination with Core Pilates and Fitness, to benefit Pointe to the Cure.
Pointe to the Cure was inspired by a special boy named Joey Keller, who was seven years of age when he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer called Medullobastoma. Although Joey eventually lost his battle to cancer in November 2012 at the young age of nine, his selflessness and devotion to serving others continues to move and inspire those who have been touched by his story. Prior to his passing, Joey and his parents initiated TEAM Joey, a Heroes Foundation program, which endeavors to raise funding for local pediatric cancer research and deliver Legos to children in local hospitals who are battling cancer.
Indy Laser will be accepting donations and raffling prizes worth over $5000 including: Indy Laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal packages, Core Pilates and Fitness workout packages, tickets to the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos game at Lucas Oil Stadium, and more.
To help raise additional funds for pediatric cancer research through Pointe to the Cure, Indy Laser will also donate $1 for every one who attends and checks in, and an additional $1 for every one who signs up to join the Indy Laser Smooth Crew (up to $2000 maximum).
The event is open to the public with special guests including Indianapolis Colts players Dwayne Allen and Adam Vinatieri, Indy driver Jack Hawksworth, Miss Indiana, Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders and Blue.
