It's common knowledge in the affiliate marketing community that, for most people, the biggest hurdle to overcome is their first sale. The Boost Software™ affiliate team is aiming to teach new affiliates how to do just that, they announced on their Boost Affiliates blog on Monday.
The webinar is geared specifically towards helping new affiliate marketers who want to make their first sale, and is called “How to Make Your First Sale of PC HealthBoost”. Boost Software Affiliate Manager Pete Futchko and Vice President of Business Development Brock Bourne will host the webinar.
The two claim that the methods to be taught are “stupid simple,” and can even be used by those who are short on both cash and know-how, as long as they have enthusiasm and energy.
Since many new affiliates are often short on cash, the two have promised to teach several ways that new affiliates can generate sales without the need for paid advertising or even Web hosting. That touches on another area sensitive to new marketers—lack of expertise or even basic website building ability.
That should be no worry, claim Bourne and Futchko. The entire Boost Affiliates program was constructed with this factor in mind. The company provides numerous advertisements, graphics, and other elements for its affiliates. All elements have been split tested in Boost Software's ad campaigns for PC HealthBoost™, and only the winners were kept.
One topic of the webinar will be how and where new affiliates can place these ads, in a legitimate context, without having to pay advertising fees.
While most new marketers can't afford a full online advertising campaign, many can afford the $20 or so it takes to get started with a website. But even then, they often lack the experience to build a site that produces income.
The webinar will address both situations: How affiliates can sell product without owning a website, and how website owners can practice proper linking and banner placement with their sites. Other non-webpage-based topics to be covered include selling by email and social media.
Another popular topic is how to market on Web forums. This is another approach that costs little or no money, and generally does not require a website. It does require that affiliates follow certain guidelines, however. The Boost Affiliates team will be teaching these guidelines on the webinar, as well as three distinct ways to make money with forums and blogs.
The webinar will cover the most important factors in forum marketing, such as what to look for in a forum. There are also plans to cover other ways of free exposure.
The Boost Affiliates program opened its doors to the general public early in September. Its primary move was to put its flagship product, PC Health Boost, on the ClickBank affiliate network. The
program became the network's most popular registry cleaner in less than four days, and its sixth most popular software overall.
The webinar will begin at 3PM EST Wednesday, October 16. Interested parties can sign up at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/770084004195800833, or learn more at http://boostaffiliates.com.
