Marvin Davis, former LifeLock CMO, to Play Key Role in Financial Services Firm’s Expansion

FAIRFAX, VA, OCTOBER 17 – Edelman Financial Services, one of the nation’s largest independent financial planning and investment management firms,(1) has hired Marvin Davis to serve as Chief Marketing Officer. Davis joins the firm at a time of continued growth and is tasked with helping drive greater market reach. The firm currently has more than 22,000 clients nationwide, with more than $11 billion in assets under management.(2)

As a Senior Vice President and CMO of Comcast, he launched a branding campaign that was the first for the cable industry. Additionally, Davis developed and launched the widely recognized “Can you hear me now? Good!” campaign as Verizon’s Vice President of Advertising and Brand Management.
