Louisville, KY (PRWEB) November 01, 2013
Deyta LLC, an industry leader in healthcare satisfaction, quality measurement and business intelligence, is excited to announce the recipients of the 2013 HHCAHPS Honors™. Established by Deyta, this prestigious annual honor recognizes the top 20 percent of agencies that continuously provide the highest level of satisfaction through their care as measured from the patient’s point of view. The HHCAHPS Honors acknowledges the highest performing agencies by analyzing satisfaction measures covering both performance and improvement of care over a twelve-month period.
Deyta used the HHCAHPS survey results from 1,800 home health agencies contained in its HHCAHPS database with an evaluation period of April 2012 to March 2013. There were over 1,200 agencies who qualified for the award, but only the top 20% were recognized with honors. The complete list can be viewed at http://www.deyta.com/home-health/hhcahps-honors.
"The HHCAHPS Honors recognition stands for excellence in creating a remarkable patient experience," says Kevin Porter, Deyta’s CEO and President, "High performance on patient satisfaction measures is a key indicator of success, and those who excel at providing outstanding care should be recognized."
Qualifications for eligibility included those HHAs that were compliant and partnered with Deyta for the evaluation period. Deyta will be gathering best practices from these top performing agencies to feature in an upcoming eBook: Charting a Course to Excellence with HHCAHPS - A Compilation of Best Practices of HHCAHPS Honors Recipients. For more information about how to become an HHCAHPS Honors recipient, agencies may contact Deyta at info(at)deyta(dot)com or 888.897.1937 x151.
