The King’s Daughters Inn Proudly Participates in the B&Bs for Vets Program
Durham, NC (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- The King’s Daughters Inn joins 310 other Bed and Breakfasts from around the country who have provided free rooms for veterans on Sunday November 10th and Monday November 11th. This is the lodging industries largest known effort to honor active military and veterans with free services. Many Innkeepers are dedicating their entire property or offering extra specials during the time veterans will be staying.
“We are very pleased that we can participate in the B&B for Vets program.” said Deanna Crossman. “I have veterans in my family and have seen the sacrifice they give for their country and I am glad that we can be part of honoring these strong men and women who give so much.”
The B&B for Vets program is in it’s fifth year and welcomes active military, retired military and veterans to participate. The demand is high and the organization recommends that participants register early. Veterans who would like to take advantage of these offers can check out all the offers by state at http://www.bnbsforvets.org.
