Before climbing the ladder to look for the same dusty box of Christmas lights from 1997, take out a laptop and check out The world’s only tech startup conceived in the North Pole (allegedly), Twinklify looks to use virtual design to reinvent the way households choose Christmas lights.

The simple site, launched on November 1st, allows users to upload a photo of their homes and draw Christmas lights on them instantly, no tangled strands or blown fuses.

In five minutes, users can design enough new lighting styles to last the next five seasons. From there, users can show off the photo to the gamut of social media websites, or solicit friends’ input on selecting a style. hopes to create the world’s largest Christmas lit community as a result of users sharing their decorated homes to #Twinklylane.

There is only one catch - the site works best with a cup of hot cocoa and Christmas songs playing in the background.

Twinklify’s mission is to make the holidays warmer through Christmas lights. After a virtual decorating session, users can bring their custom shine to life and order lights online instantly. The perfect decoration can turn into real lights at the doorstep before the turkey wears off. A house is a snowbox on Twinklify...the possibilities are endless.
