Corporate Whistleblower Center Urges Insiders With Proof A College Or Trade School Is Misrepresenting Job Placement Statistics To Call Them About Reward Programs
(PRWEB) November 19, 2013 -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "It’s unconscionable for a Internet university, or a trade school to make money off of US taxpayers by abusing a system designed to help students obtain an education. For the past two years, we have been working with university administrators, and we believe abuse is widespread in the Internet university, or the trade school industry.” http://CorporateWhistleblowerCenter.Com
As an example according to a recent report from the Department of Justice, ATI Enterprises Inc., which operates a chain of schools in Texas, allegedly inflated their job placement statistics to the Texas Workforce Commission and the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges in order to maintain their licensure and accreditation. As a result of allegedly misrepresenting the statistics the US Department of Justice alleged ATI was fraudulently maintaining their eligibility for federal student aid, which according to the DOJ is a direct violation of the False Claims Act.
The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "If you possess well-documented proof that a trade school, online university, or any type of educational institution is knowingly misrepresenting themselves by inflating job placement statistics, call us at 866-714-6466. All calls will be kept confidential. If the proof is sufficient, we will get you to some of the nation's premier whistleblower attorneys so your claim can move forward with the goal being a reward for the information.” http://CorporateWhistleblowerCenter.Com
Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center:
- Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the federal government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake.”
- Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward.
- Do not try to force a government contractor, or corporation to come clean to the government about their wrongdoing. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Fraud is so rampant among federal contractors that any suggestion of exposure might result in an instant job termination, or harassment of the whistleblower. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information.”
- Do not submit information to law firms online. The Internet is loaded with phony web sites asking whistleblowers to send in their information to unknown law firms. The Corporate Whistle Blower Center warns, “Do not send anything through a website. If you want to know who the best whistleblower law firms are, we will tell you; once we know what type of information you possess, your level of proof, and the nature of the scheme.”
Any type of insider or employee who possesses significant proof that their employer or a government contractor is defrauding the federal government is encouraged to contact to Corporate Whistle Blower Center anytime at 866-714-6466.
