Van Horn traveled to Washington, D.C. for the recent Supreme Court session and was admitted to the court on official motion, which preceded an induction ceremony.
As part of the traditional proceedings for being confirmed and sworn in to practice law in the nation's highest court, Van Horn was recommended for admission by fellow attorneys who corroborate his extensive experience and qualifications before he solemnly swore an oath to the court pledging to uphold the Constitution of the United States. He is now duly qualified and certified to argue cases at all levels of our nation's judiciary.
