U.S. companies in the Russell 3000 Index and Canadian companies in the S&P/TSX Composite Index that plan on filing updated peer groups in their proxies can now update their peer groups on file with Equilar. Equilar’s Market Peer Groups are calculated twice a year, in January and July. Companies have until December 31, 2013 to update their peer groups.
