Todd Ruhkick of Sunbelt Midwest represented Upper Crust Pizza in its November 15, 2013 sale to a private buyer. Sunbelt's team responded to over 50 inquiries and showed the business, which started in 1975, to nearly 25 buyers.
Upper Crust Pizza is located at 249 E. Hampton Ave. Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will remain in the same location. It is a long standing staple in the Northshore community, serving carry out and delivery to customers in Whitefish Bay, Shorewood, Glendale and Milwaukee since the 70's. The current menu consists of pizza, burgers, sandwiches, pasta, salads and a variety of appetizers.

The Seller was pleased with the transaction and expressed interest in working with Sunbelt on future transactions."
