Azorus Inc. is proud to announce that Regent’s University London (formerly Regent’s College London) has chosen the company for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Regent's is Britain’s largest independent, not-for-profit university, based in central London. It offers both UK and American undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in a wide range of fields, including business and management, finance, languages, the humanities, the creative arts, social science and design. In addition to its own degree programmes, Regent’s also acts as the London campus of Webster University, USA, offering the American liberal arts curriculum in the UK. With only 15% of Regent’s student body from Britain, it boasts a reputation as one of the most internationally diverse in the UK, representing more than 140 nationalities. The university has also partnered with other institutions around the globe to offer comprehensive study abroad programmes for its students.

“Regent’s receives many enquiries from around the world,” says Angela Postill, Head of Management Information Services. “With the variety of programmes offered and the inbound and outbound study abroad opportunities, it’s imperative that we provide each enquirer with the information they want, when they want it.” To find a CRM provider to meet the university’s needs, Postill turned to Tribal Group, provider of SITS:Vision, the university’s student record system. Upon learning that SITS:Vision and the Azorus CRM platform were integrated Postill states, “It made sense to choose a system which easily connects to SITS. Now we can provide a seamless experience for each of our prospective students and know that the data is up to date in both systems.”

With a student body of 4,500, Regent’s is committed to providing each student with the attention he or she needs by offering small class sizes and a high level of interaction with academic staff and other students. Students are also able to meet one-to-one with personal academic advisors and receive one-to-one career coaching. “Personalisation is very important to us. Providing a personalised web portal and communications for our prospective students is a natural extension of what we provide to current students. We are looking forward to using the Azorus platform to further enhance our student recruitment strategy,” Postill says.
