Former NGA Human Resources CEO Known for Leveraging Customer-Centric Approach to Grow and Transform Global Businesses to Help Peoplefluent Take Human Capital Management to the Next Level

Peoplefluent®, a leading social human capital management technology company, today announced the appointment of Michael Ettling to its Board of Directors. Ettling, who most recently served as CEO of UK-based NGA Human Resources, expands the Board with extensive international business experience. He brings highly relevant HR domain experience as well as an exemplary record of driving global high-growth sales, marketing initiatives and business transformation with a relentless customer-centric approach. Ettling will be joining the Peoplefluent team to greet customers at the Company’s European User Conference in London later this week.

As CEO of NGA, Ettling was responsible for leadership of a $950m global, private equity owned, HR service provider employing 8,500 people in 30 countries. Under his leadership, NGA achieved unprecedented growth and became a global market leader in HR and Payroll Services. While at NGA, Ettling focused on integrating acquisitions and building a world-class operating model to position the business as the ideal partner for multinational companies.

Ettling’s appointment is the latest in a series of moves Peoplefluent has made to further drive innovation for its customers worldwide. Last month the company unveiled Peoplefluent Mirror solutions, innovative dashboards built on a collaboration software infrastructure designed to significantly improve workforce engagement and business performance in companies by enhancing collaboration and enabling new levels of strategic decision-making. Prior to joining NGA Human Resources, Ettling led the global BPO business for Unisys. He has held senior executive roles at Unisys, Synstar PLC, and EDS in Europe, South Africa, and Asia Pacific. His earlier career was in his native South Africa. He earned his Masters in Finance from London Business School and holds a Bachelor in Accounting and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. A member of the South African and English Institutes of Chartered Accountants, Ettling is based in the United Kingdom.
