INVISION Names Travis Howe Head of Revenue and Client Services

Howe will head up INVISION’s Client Services and Sales organization comprised of the Account Management, Sales and Marketing and Client Support teams.

Prior to joining INVISION, Howe served as Senior Vice President for the Americas overseeing Sales Development and Ad Operations functions for Sony’s Digital Ad Sales division. Travis founded the division in 2006 that manages digital ad sales for Sony’s entertainment companies including PlayStation, Sony Pictures, and Sony Pictures Television. At Sony, Travis was responsible for managing business development, sales planning and ad operations teams across online, mobile, PlayStation 3 and Sony’s suite of connected devices. Additionally, Travis was accountable for ad operations in South America for Crackle’s Latin American sites. Prior to Sony, Travis was an operational strategy consultant for Inforte where he focused on mergers and acquisition in the U.S. and Europe. Previous to Inforte, Travis served as a change management consultant for Accenture focused on the entertainment, travel, tourism and consumer products verticals.
INVISION also announced two other important organizational changes today: Kami Ragsdale has been appointed INVISION’s Chief Operations Officer and Glenn Dolce has joined the company as Vice President of Sales.
In addition to her current role as CFO overseeing finance, accounting and human resources, as COO Kami will be responsible for ensuring the company’s operational activities, controls and processes are aligned to support our goals of high customer satisfaction, quality software and services and employee growth and retention.
Kami Ragsdale has 20 years of financial and operational management expertise. Prior to joining INVISION in 2010, Kami served in a variety of senior financial planning and analysis roles at AOL Inc., including Senior Vice President of Finance for AOL’s worldwide business operations and Senior Vice President of Finance for AOL’s web services division. At AOL, she was part of the executive team that planned and executed the rollout of the web services strategy in 2006 as well as the spin-off from Time Warner to a stand-alone public company in 2009. Before joining AOL in 2002, Kami served as Vice President of Finance for the radio division of Clear Channel Communications. She was part of the senior finance team for Evergreen Media that managed the company through over 100 acquisitions and three mergers to become Chancellor Media, then AMFM and eventually to merge with Clear Channel.
Glenn Dolce, VP of Sales, brings over 20 years experience in advertising sales management, pricing and planning, new business development and sales operations to the team. Before joining INVISION, Glenn was the SVP, General Manager responsible for the strategy, planning, staffing and execution of LIME's Ad Sales, Marketing, Research and Business Operations initiatives. In this role, Glenn oversaw the entire sales organization dedicated to generating revenue and value by selling broadcast, place-based, interactive/VOD media, mobile and addressable advertising inventory. Glenn’s experience also includes several sales and sales management roles at The Outdoor Channel, AMC/WE and CNBC.
