Marcy Helms Joins MRI Software as Resident Lifecycle Product Manager
Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) December 19, 2013 -- MRI Software, a leading provider of real estate enterprise software applications based in Cleveland, Ohio, announced today that Marcy Helms is the newest addition to the Product Management department, working as a key member of MRI’s Multifamily Product Management team.

Helms’ focus will be on the MRI Resident Lifecycle, a series of solutions that effectively engages apartment hunters and residents via easy-to-use communication channels. Specifically, Helms will manage the following MRI Software solutions: VaultWare Apartment Marketing, Resident Connect (MRI’s secure online portal), and Online Renewals. In her new position, she will be responsible for aiding in the development of the next generation of property management solutions for the multifamily markets, concentrating on the four residential lifecycle stages: marketing, prospecting, connecting, and renewing.
Prior to joining MRI, Helms aggregated several years of experience as a property manager for residential units at both Walden Residential Management Company and Graystar Management During her employment at Graystar, she was responsible for the on-site management of a prestigious 500+ unit apartment community, and supervised a team of over 10 employees. Prior to that, she worked at the third largest property manager in the United States as an internal auditor, ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial information and its accounting practices. Helms’ most recent endeavor was at RealPage, Inc , where she worked in product support and consulting management positions that grew in responsibilities throughout her 8 year tenure, culminating in her promotion to the role of Director of Consulting and Training.
