Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) January 02, 2014 -- Locally owned This Is It! BBQ & Seafood has now added the City of Morrow to its roster of restaurants in the Metro Atlanta area. On December 10, 2013 the restaurant located at 1497 Mt. Zion Road, Morrow, Georgia 30260 opened its doors to feed nearly 350 eagerly awaiting patrons. By tradition and as a way to give back to the community, Founder and Owner, Shelley "Butch" Anthony has been opening each of its restaurant’s doors with free food for the public, and the store in Morrow was no exception. Guests poured into the over 3,500 sq ft freshly renovated building to try out all of This Is It! BBQ & Seafood’s delicious southern-style entrees, welcomed the restaurant to the community, and check out the new facility.

In addition to free food, guests were treated to special giveaways and two exclusive discount offers: Buy 1 Get 1 Half Off coupons and an exclusive 15 percent discount for Clayton State University students and employees, Military personnel, and City of Morrow workers like educators and civil duty workers. Both discount offers will run until January 31, 2014, and are good at the Morrow restaurant only. The 15 percent discount is available with the purchase of an entrée $8 or more, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 4pm with valid I.D.

"The City of Morrow has made This Is It! feel right at home and we’d like to say ‘thank you’ with these special offers," said Anthony. On this special day, members of the Association of Christian Ministers (ACMCC) in Clayton County came out to say "thank you" to Anthony and honor him for his commitment to the community. ACMCC President, Pastor James Harris and Vice President, Bishop Jerome Dukes presented him with an appreciation award on behalf of the organization during the festivities.

Furthermore, the store’s décor was also the rave! Wife and Co-Founder, Diane Anthony’s elegant and warm style resonates throughout all This Is It! restaurants including the new store in Morrow. It has all of her signature components in its decor: Bronze pineapple chandeliers which are a symbol of hospitality and warm welcome, olive textured wall paper and an 18 ft mural which allows customers to take a look at the company’s rich history and milestones over its 30 plus years in existence. The facility also has two suites under construction that will be available soon for lease.
