Adelphic, creators of a breakthrough platform for targeted mobile advertising, has announced that it is the first mobile real-time buying platform to offer advertisers access to Neustar AdAdvisor’s 12,000 audience segments.

Neustar AdAdvisor provides offline attribute data for over 119 million U.S. households with insights on demographics and predictive buying preferences. Through Adelphic’s platform, marketers can now create mobile audiences with more than12,000 attributes across a variety of verticals, including automotive, travel, personal finance and shopping.

The combination of Neustar AdAdvisor’s offline attribute data and Adelphic’s Predictive Data Platform will provide brands with powerful targeting abilities in mobile environments based on true multi-channel audience insights.

Central to this industry-first partnership between Adelphic and Neustar is both companies’ strong belief in the importance of protecting consumer privacy. Neither company creates personally identifiable audiences or transmits personally identifiable information when building out audience profiles.
