Kevco Builders: Among Fastest Growing Companies in Metro Orlando

The Orlando Business Journal’s Fast 50 program recognizes the fastest-growing private companies headquartered in Lake, Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. Inclusion in this prestigious list is based on the companies’ percentage of revenue growth from 2010-2012. Kevco’s revenue grew more than 280% during that time period.
“We have been able to capitalize on improved economic activity in the last couple of years,” said Joe Ziler, Kevco Builders president. “Whether people are choosing to renovate or make additions to their existing property or are building a custom home, our growth is largely attributable to a high client referral rate of well over 90 percent on our customer surveys.”
Earlier this year, Kevco received three first-place wins in the Lake-Sumter 2013 Parade of Homes in both new construction and remodeling categories.
Kevco Builders, which has built and renovated homes and businesses for more than 30 years, is the only company to win both residential construction and remodelers showcase categories for two consecutive years (2012, 2013).
