Mr. Champy is co-author of "Reengineering the Corporation," a New York Times best-seller, and a leading authority on business reengineering, organizational change and corporate renewal. Mr. Champy is a trustee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and former Chairman of Perot Systems Consulting. He is a life member of the MIT Corporation, serves on the Board of Overseers of the Boston College Law School, and is a Director of Analog Devices.
Ms. Whitehead is Vice Chairman of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, a world-renowned research institution dedicated to improving human health through basic biomedical research. An attorney active in community service organizations, she is a trustee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a life member of the MIT Corporation, and has served as a Berklee College Trustee.
