SAR Productions announces new ‘Sable Fable’ movie trailer
London (PRWEB) August 07, 2013 -- To mark one year since the start of principal photography on the ‘Sable Fable’ movie, SAR Productions has today released its first movie trailer to the public.
The film marks a milestone in independent filmmaking. Writer/producer/director Stephen Lloyd Jackson had a crew of just five people to shoot and deliver, what he calls his 'best work ever' in his second feature of the sex and race trilogy.
Jackson states, "People said that I was crazy, telling me I couldn't make this type of feature with just five crew members. But I'm a great believer in if you push hard enough, something special will happen."
Romanian editor Dragos Teglas cut the trailer, which is 1 minute 39 seconds long. There is also a shorter version of the trailer, which is 49 seconds long.
SABLE FABLE is a beautiful story exploring the complex psychology of love, sex and race amongst four different couples whose lives intertwine with one another through a series of unfortunate events.
In June this year (2013), Sable Fable scooped two grand jury prize awards at the 17th American Black Film Festival in South Beach, Miami; one for best director and the other for best narrative feature. The film also received two nominations for best actor, James Williams and best
screenplay.
SAR Productions are in the process of submitting Sable Fable into several international film festivals. They will soon be announcing details of the film's New York premiere screening.
