BRM Announces EMO Hannover Tradeshow Plans; Visit Hall 11, Stand A53 for Deburring and Surface Finishing Solutions to Metalworking Challenges
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) August 06, 2013 -- Brush Research Manufacturing (BRM), maker of flexible hones and industrial brushes, is announcing plans to attend EMO Hannover 2013 from September 16 to 21 in Hannover, Germany. The California company will showcase Flex-Hone® and NamPower technologies to metalworkers, manufacturers, and machinists who want innovative solutions to surface finishing, edge blending, and burr removal problems.
EMO Hannover is the world’s premiere event for metalworking technology. With over 2000 exhibitors from 40+ countries in attendance, nearly 140,000 visitors from around the world will explore best-in-class solutions in everything from machine tools and manufacturing systems to welding equipment and drilling machines.
Automated Deburring and Surface Finishing
As a global leader in surface finishing solutions, Brush Research Manufacturing (BRM) will offer visitors an opportunity to learn how Flex-Hone® technology imparts the optimum surface finish to any type or size cylinder. Used widely in automotive, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial applications, BRM cylinder hones are also available with diamond abrasive for improving the surface finish of hard materials.
Versatile and easy-to-use, all BRM ball hones feature abrasive globules that are permanently bonded to flexible nylon filaments. By using Flex-Hone® tools in automated equipment, manufacturers can speed deburring operations and produce a plateau finish on cylinder walls for optimum lubrication. Industrial applications include bore finishing and blending, cross-hole deburring, and port radiusing.
High-Volume, High-Performance Parts Finishing
The BRM booth at EMO Hannover 2013 will also showcase NamPower technology. Easily integrated into automated machinery, CNC machining centers, transfer lines, and robotic cells, NamPower nylon abrasive brushes are ideal for high-volume, high-performance parts production. Industries and applications include auto parts, appliances, and aerospace components as well as fine blanking and edge blending.
Michael Miller, Director of Global Sales, will be on-hand to review technical drawings, troubleshoot applications, and answer questions from the BRM booth in Hall 11, Stand A53. Attendees who would like to schedule an appointment are encouraged to visit the company’s EMO Hannover profile, choose the Contact link, and complete the short on-line form.
